本件為「重要古物」，銅範形制保存完整，存世數量稀少，對新莽時代錢幣的鑄造方法及鑄幣工藝水準具有重要價值。

這一套新莽「大泉五十」銅笵有陽範和陰範各一，陽範上陰刻篆書反文「大泉五十」，陰範則素面無紋。

National Museum of History Introduction：

This item is an "important antique". The copper mold is well preserved and its existence is rare. It has important value for the casting method and coin casting technology level of the Xinmang era.

This set of Xinmang "Daquan Fifty" bronze jars has one positive mold and one negative mold. The positive mold is engraved with the reverse text "Daquan Fifty" in seal script, while the negative mold is plain.
